About the Core Crew
Core Crew members volunteer at least 80 hours per year. The men and women who make up Habitat’s Core Crew usually come out on some type of regular basis – some once a month, some once a week, and some even come out 2-3 times per week. It’s really up to you and what fits your schedule. Core crew teams work on framing, finish carpentry, siding, and lawn maintenance. Again, no construction experience is needed. Willing hands and hearts are the only requirement – we’ll teach you the rest.
