Walking for Dreams!

Habitat Evansville is participating in the 20th annual Walking for Dreams, raising funds to help build a home! Join us for a family and pet-friendly walk on the river and learn about the work of dozens of great nonprofit organizations!

Our goal is to raise $120,000 at the event. And we will receive matching funds from Walking for Dreams based on how much we raise and how many walkers we have at the event!

Here’s how you can help:

Donate –  Every dollar you give to Habitat for Humanity of Evansville as part of Walking for Dreams goes directly toward building more homes in the community and helping local families have a safe and secure place to call home. If we raise at least $120,000 and are one of top fundraising charities, we will receive a $20,000 matching gift from Walking for Dreams!

Walk – Just by signing up to walk and joining us on the day of the event, you can help us raise even more money and awareness for Habitat for Humanity of Evansville. If we have the most walkers of all the charities, we will receive $6,000 from Walking for Dreams and an additional $6,000 if we have at least 100 walkers at the event! In addition, our Board of Directors will donate $25 for every walker we have!
