Faith Relations

At Habitat for Humanity of Evansville, our faith drives everything we do.

Putting God’s Love Into Action

Just as our mission says, we truly want to be about “putting God’s love into action”. We are proud to work with local churches and faith groups from across the area with all different beliefs and backgrounds. Regardless of our respective faiths, we believe that we can all come together to make a difference in our community and help local families achieve strength and stability through shelter.

Event & Fundraising Opportunities

Throughout the year, members of our faith groups meet regularly to plan various events and fundraisers with the goal of raising enough money to sponsor at least one Habitat home per year. They also spend time getting to know the families they are serving and volunteering on the job site to help build the homes.
